VAI Manufacturing Division offers over 250 products to the automobile and non-automobile industries, manufactured on the best machinery for dimensional accuracy that meets exacting standards. The in-line activity of the division is carried out under one roof, ensuring total quality control at every stage of production.
With strong support from ancillary units, the infrastructural strengths of the Manufacturing Division include state-of-the-art in-house design and development facilities, special heat treatment, hot forging, hard chrome plating, phosphate coating, precision CNC machining, grinding, and polishing facilities.
